Project 2009: Together against Discrimination in Employment
In 2009, the Diversity Charter brought together the diversity charters from Germany, Belgium (Brussels Capital), Spain and Italy to work jointly on three key issues:
This joint work resulted in a focus on three themes
- The keys to success for promoting the Diversity Charter in each country.
- The keys to success for creating a network of local partners that can help companies and, in particular, SMEs in the region.
- Common elements in the four charters that could act as a foundation for a common European approach.
The outcomes of these exchanges were submitted to the European Commission.
